Living the Roman past enjoying a spa of that time that still preserves its use is only possible in Baños de Montemayor. At the end of March and as a prelude to the thermal season, Baños de Montemayor takes all its visitors back to Roman times through the Termarium Festival.
The population, dressed in costumes of the time, take to the streets to greet the Roman legions, the senators, the emperor and also to enjoy gladiator fights. Activities include parades with Roman retinues, pantomimes, Roman camp, Roman market Mercatum, guided tours of the baths, workshops for children, tapas route, astronomical observation...
