Our two rural apartments for full rental (cottage 1 and cottage 2) are completely independent of each other and are equipped to detail. Both are the result of the restoration of an old stable located next to the tower, the bell tower of the church of segura de toro. You will be surprised to discover that all the original structure has been respected, keeping the huge stones that form its walls. Its 80m2 are distributed in exactly the same way, duplex type: downstairs; living room-kitchen, upstairs; bedroom with integrated bathroom. The only differences are the color of the walls and the decorative details?
The area of Segura de Toro is located in the north of the province of Cáceres (Extremadura) and to the south of the Central System. It borders the regions of Las Hurdes and Tierras de Granadilla to the west, the Jerte Valley to the east, Plasencia to the south, as well as the province of Salamanca to the north with the Sierra de Béjar.

Booking conditions
Entrance from 4:00 p.m. / with the possibility of entering earlier by hiring a supplement or by prior arrangement.
Upon delivery of the keys, at check-in, TRAVELLERS WILL BE REGISTERED, so it is necessary to present your valid identity document, AND THE REMAINDER OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION WILL BE PAID, and in case of having to leave before the estimated time, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded under any circumstances.
No deposit will be charged. However, the guest will be solely responsible for the house during his stay and he COMMITS HIMSELF TO REIMBURSE OR REPLACE ANY FAILURE THAT OCCURS BEFORE THE END OF THE STAY.
Departure after 12:00 a.m. will have a minimum supplement of 25€.
Pets are allowed on request and it is ESSENTIAL TO GIVE NOTICE. A fixed supplement of 15€ per animal per weekend is charged (consult price for longer stays). The household goods, blankets and towels that the animal will need are the responsibility of the guest, not of the house.
*** VISITS BY UNREGISTERED STRANGERS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. In the event that the number of occupants of the accommodation exceeds the number of people registered, the reservation will be terminated in advance and without possibility of refund.
At the moment of making a reservation, 20% of the total amount of the reservation will be paid as a guarantee. This deposit can be kept for a future occasion -with no deadline- in case of cancellation or returned with these compensation conditions:
- 100% if the cancellation is made more than 15 days in advance.
- 50% if the cancellation is made between 7 and 4 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival.
