Booking conditions

- Reservation System:
Inverode S.L.'s online reservation system allows you to make real-time bookings for any date throughout the year, in accordance with the terms and conditions established for this purpose.

To confirm your reservation, it is essential to provide your credit card number and your email address so we can send you any communications related to the status of your booking.

This system allows same-day reservations.

- Reservation Confirmation:
The system will provide you with the reservation details, along with a booking number, which must be used for any further transactions, inquiries, or communications.

The reservation confirmation provided by the system is subject to validation of your credit card details by Inverode S.L. Consequently, if there are any errors with the credit card provided, your reservation will be cancelled.

When checking ?availability and price? and at the time of ?reservation confirmation,? the total amount for your stay, including taxes, will be shown.

- Modification, Cancellation of Reservations, and No-Shows:
It is possible to modify an already confirmed reservation in terms of arrival and departure dates, selected rate (according to the rates in effect at the time of modification), and other reservation details. No modifications are allowed within 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

- Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date (local time of the hotel).
If the cancellation is made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged to your credit card.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.

In case of no-show or cancellation outside the 48-hour window, March Delgado S.L. reserves the right to charge the amount corresponding to the first night of stay to your credit card as compensation.

For NON-REFUNDABLE rates:
These bookings do not allow cancellations or modifications. Payment is made at the time of booking and the amount is non-refundable.

- Information Security:
All data provided by the user will be treated with strict confidentiality and will be used solely for the reservation process of this establishment.

- System Failure, Inaccessibility, or Interruption:
Inverode S.L. is not responsible for any interruption, inaccessibility, or other failures affecting the operation of the system due to issues with telecommunications or other external services required for its functioning.

- General:
A minimum age of 18 years is required to carry out any transaction.

Any operation made through the system implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

Inverode S.L. reserves the right to take legal action for the improper use of this system or the breach of the rules stated in these terms.

The user is solely responsible in the event of incorrect, partial, or erroneous use of the service, or if someone acts on their behalf.

Inverode S.L. reserves the right to revoke system access to users who misuse it or fail to comply with the reservation policies.

For any disputes that may arise, both parties, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Coria.
