Booking conditions

The client can CANCEL the reservation for free up to 30 days before the arrival date.
The client will have to pay the total price if he cancels during the 30 days before arrival.
If the client does not show up he will have to pay the total price.
Internet connection is available. Free.

Regarding children and extra beds.

Children of all ages can stay.
Children under 3 can stay for free in cribs.
Maximum number of cots in the room is 1.
Children under 6 years old can stay for free using existing beds.
All children from 2 to 16 years are charged 25.00 per person per night for extra beds.
All children over 16 years old or adults are charged 35.00 per person per night for an extra bed.
Pets are not allowed in room 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Pets can be admitted on request in room 5 and when the whole house is rented. Supplements apply between 15.00 and 25.00 per pet per night.

House's rules.

You cannot smoke in the rooms, nor in the common areas including the garden.
You can't have parties.
No noise can be made from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
