Booking conditions

Dear guest, thank you for choosing our accommodation for your visit to our city.

Please note that we do not have a 24-hour reception.

CHECK-IN TIMES: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, except on Sundays when the latest check-in time is 10:00 PM. Check-in outside of these hours is not possible.

If you arrive before 2:00 PM and your room is ready, you may check in. If your room is not ready, you can leave your luggage in storage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

-* If you cancel or modify a reservation more than 86 hours before the arrival date, the hostel will not charge any fees.

-* If you cancel or modify outside of this period, the hostel will charge the full amount of your stay.

-* If you do not show up without having canceled, the hostel will charge the full amount of your stay.

-*The client must prepay the total price of the reservation within 3 days of the arrival date.

Non-refundable reservations (all those with a deposit) cannot be modified or canceled free of charge.

*For cancellations to be effective, it is necessary to notify us by email.

Pets are welcome upon request.

Pets incur a supplement of 8 euros per pet per day.

Pets cannot be left alone in the rooms at any time. If you leave, your pet must leave with you.

Pets cannot be left in the parking area, even if you have reserved parking.

Our double rooms are equipped with either one double bed or two single beds.

We will note your preferences, but we cannot guarantee them until the day of arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them.

We offer a continental breakfast for €4 per person. You can book it through our website or reserve it upon arrival. Breakfast is served in your room and includes a hot beverage, orange juice, toast with spreads, muffins, pastries, and ensaimadas.

We have private parking available for €8 per day (maximum height 2 meters).

Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking in advance.

Motorcycles can use the parking free of charge. (Motorcycles must reserve their free space in advance. If there are no free spaces available upon arrival and they have not reserved one, they can use our car parking space for €8 per day.)

CHILD POLICY

Free! One child under 2 years old can stay free of charge when using existing beds.

Free! One child under 2 years old can stay free of charge in a crib.
One older child or adult can stay for €20 per person per night when using existing beds.

Maximum number of cribs in the room: 1.
Cribs are available upon request and must be confirmed by the property.

Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
