Our two rural apartments for full rental (cottage 1 and cottage 2) are completely independent of each other and are equipped to detail. Both are the result of the restoration of an old stable located next to the tower, the bell tower of the church of segura de toro. You will be surprised to discover that all the original structure has been respected, keeping the huge stones that form its walls. Its 80m2 are distributed in exactly the same way, duplex type: downstairs; living room-kitchen, upstairs; bedroom with integrated bathroom. The only differences are the color of the walls and the decorative details?
The area of Segura de Toro is located in the north of the province of Cáceres (Extremadura) and to the south of the Central System. It borders the regions of Las Hurdes and Tierras de Granadilla to the west, the Jerte Valley to the east, Plasencia to the south, as well as the province of Salamanca to the north with the Sierra de Béjar.

The house dates from 1900, rebuilt in 2000, preserving its exterior structure almost in its entirety. All the stone that contained the house has been used in the new construction.
It has an area of 269 square meters and the different heights have been respected inside, specifically four.
The house can be rented as a whole or by rooms. The maximum capacity of the complete accommodation is 10 or 11 people. If the house is rented by rooms, we have 5 rooms for 2-3 people (extra beds are not included in the price).
