Every step is a story to discover

We have chosen this point because it is the one that perhaps offers a totally panoramic and democratic view, it is accessible to all, of the Sierra de Tentudía. This is located in the south of the province of Badajoz, in the foothills of Sierra Morena near the provinces of Huelva and Seville .

The Cerro de Tentudía is 1112 meters above sea level and is the highest point of the sierra, which is composed of six other peaks, Banales Oriental, El Labrado, Cebollas, Paladares, La Buitrera and Cerro de la Fontanilla.

This is a protected area (Special Conservation Area) due to its high natural value . Forests of oak, melojo, pine, chestnut, oak and cork oak trees provide habitat for species such as deer, wild boar, genets, foxes, hares, partridges, thrushes, white storks, black storks, red kites and booted eagles, among others.
